Do you trust your ultrasounds or will you wait till delivery to confirm the gender or your baby?

Obv if you had blood , it’s most likely accurate but I been seeing so so so many failed gender reveals via ultrasound and it’s making me nervous 🧐

The failed ones are because people are doing the ramzi theory or whatever way too early and going off that. Or they are 13/14wks. People need to wait until 18-20wks.

From what I’ve been told from past doctors is if that happens most of the time it’s going from female to male because the male anatomy can ‘grow or come in’ any time up until 36ish weeks.￼

I only trust anatomy scan when told gender 20w, been right so far with my 2 girls, currently pregnant with our first son so we 100% hope its correct even though we have a clear image of his part lol.

I had an ultrasound mix up. At first I was told I was having a boy. 3 weeks later I was told we were having a girl. We had a US tech, 2 students, a radiologist and a med student in our anatomy scan and they all said it was a girl. They even showed us her ovaries on the scan so I was pretty confident that scan was correct. 
After my experience I will only trust a blood test or a 20+ week scan.

I trust them enough to announce what I’m having, but not enough to get rid of my sons clothes if they say it’s a girl 🤷🏼‍♀️🤷🏼‍♀️

yes I trust them because I get them monthly so we’ve already had gender confirmed 4 times and I’m 31 weeks so I will have probably 5 more ultrasounds before she is born(biweekly at week 32, weekly at 36weeks)

I got a 4D scan at27 weeks to re-confirm. I saw it clear as day. All of my other kids came up on the regular 2D and it was just fine.

i did trust my private scan at 16 weeks bc my baby had his legs wide open, i already knew the gender because i did the nipt but it helped seeing it on pictures too
