Help please

Ok so not the best photo but close enough. I've had my lip pierced for about a month now. I got pierced with surgical steel which I have a mild allergy to. I waited 3 weeks then switched to titanium horse shoes. (I've never used titanium b4 so idk if I'm allergic or not but my piercer refused to give me acrylic) both side (I got snake bites) the skin kinda swelled up and turned white there's like no feeling. And on the one side these like hard whitish globs keep coming out of the hole. I just started salt water rinces and it's drawing out puss so I'm hoping it'll help. Any other ideas?
