Progesterone suppositories

Has anyone had any bleeding from progesterone vaginal suppositories? I had a miscarriage in Dec. My midwife suggested we wait until I had 1 period before trying again. My period didn’t come back until Feb 7-11. I was to start progesterone suppositories after ovulation- I did. I had some spotting the 27th of feb when I woke up but just that morning. I didn’t have an spotting yesterday but this morning I did again and have had it off and on today. I didn’t know if this was normal or if I needed to call my doctor in the morning. I am still 6 days out of starting my period so I don’t think that is it.
