Quick help

Has anyone else experienced this? So im not 100% sure when i ovulated i think i ovulated late im using 2 apps to track (ik its not a smart move) n its messing me glow says im 10 days late n flo says im only 6 I've used flo for about a year n it does predict my cycle pretty good and i didn't use opks this last cycle so idk if i ovulated late but as of yesterday my nipple have been sore to the touch n im getting uncomfortable cramps in my lower stomach which i don't get before Af shows i feel it more after i O during sex i tested yesterday and the first one was negative n the one i took a few mins ago had a really faint line so should i wait n test again tomorrow or another day my other symptoms are headaches n nausea n it just started happening about 2 days ago any advice is helpful im 19 n not 100% sure what's going on I've done research but i think i would get better advice here
