Negative test

Hi im trying to conceive since two years now and this cycle I'm late for 5 days. I have no symptoms i think cause im not feeling anything even the feelings that my period may pop-up. I took a pregnancy test at 3 days late and was negative im scared to take another one im so disappointed 😞. I've already book a consultation to see a doctor in the case it's something else.

Ps: already have hormone disorder but my treatment had regularise my cycle the way that my period comes exactly the day its supposed to come.

So do you think it is because of my hormonal problem that I don't detect the hcg? Or did I do the test too soon?

And I check my bpm it has increased its from 77 to 93 now thanks for help
