Apply even if you don’t think you’ll qualify. I got approved when I was pregnant not thinking I’d get it because I had insurance through my husbands job and made over the income limit. My son was automatically put on it when he was born because I had it. It’s nothing to be ashamed of, medical care is very expensive.

Depends on the state. In my state, you can only be on Medicaid as an adult if you are pregnant or disabled.

I think Medicaid goes off income- so depends on what you’re making. And I’m pretty sure it varies state to state. Sorry I don’t have more info, I’m not too familiar with how it works!
