Sick child

Please no rude comments. I have a 2 year old and she has cought a cold from her two older sisters that had one first, and I believe that's just what she cought but worse. Since early morning yesterday she has had fevers off and on up until this morning still, I will give her Tylenol or ibuprofen and it'll bring it down but it just comes back in an hour or two again.? When she has a high fever she isn't as alert like normal like very tired and not all there, idk how to explain it but it isn't her normal behavior. She also has had a runny nose and cough for about 5 days now but fevers didn't come on til yesterday morning. What would you do in this situation, bring her in or do you think this is just a nasty cold/virus? The only reason I haven't brought her in straight away yet is because one every time we have brought our kids in it always turns out to be nothing and just sick, two because we live an hour away and three because I don't want to go to the hospital and risk her or I getting Covid (I'm pregnant).
