19 month old won’t listen

Y’all, I need to some advice. I’m a stay at home mom and my 19 month old refuses to listen to me. He listens to his dad, his grandparents, and aunts and uncles, but he just completely does the opposite when it comes to me. I’m really struggling right now with this. Any time I try and change his diaper or clothes, it’s a full blown tantrum. My in laws were watching him yesterday and my MIL said he even helped her with his diaper change! He will be screaming and kicking if I’m trying to put his clothes on him and if my husband comes in and does it, he completely calms down. I don’t know what to. I feel like I’ve tried everything.
