18 months and still not talking

Hi, i am a first time mom and my lo will turn 18 months next months. So far, she is babbling a lot and somehow her intonation is just like people talking.

She fully understands what i tried to say to her, like commands or when i ask her something. She is also pointing out things that she is interested in.

She now only can speak mom, dad, bye, eat, miaw (cat), brummm (car), uncle, and no.

I tried to teach her to repeat some words i say, but she seems not interested.

Should i be worried and what should i do to teach her to speak more words? Thank you guys
