Constipated?!!

Question

I feel so backed up.. I barely ever poop and I've always had this problem! The only thing that gets me to go is stool softners but they hurt my stomach and make me feel sick. Is there anything else that won't make me sick and work really well?

Benefiber is a gift from God for me, I only use it once a day In my morning coffee because I forget the rest of the day so sometimes (especially during pms) I will still have some constipation, but overall it has helped me so much! And of course plenty of water, excersise, and veggies. The usual stuff.
