yeast infection

ok so im pretty sure i have a yeast infection . theres no strange color , no odor , just itchy & chunky discharge . im pretty sure its a mix of me and my bf alternating between raw sex & condom sex , also just the general increase in sex ive been having & we’ve been going out alot the past couple weekends so all ive been wearing is cheeky, lacy undies which im sure plays a part . my question is do i get the 1 day, 3 day or 7 day monistat 😫
