Bleeding at 5 weeks and 2 days

I know this is to much tmi but I’m so concerned about this bleeding. I was having pink spotting on Monday 3/15 and went in to see the dr he preformed a transvaginal ultrasound and said he couldn’t see much because it could be too early. After I went home I had really bad pain and soreness from the ultrasound and I started having red bleeding it’s comes and goes through out the day

I only use liners it hasn’t got heavy or medium but I seen my dr today he said just to wait it out til 3/30 next appointment just a little concerned I’m having a miscarriage.Has anyone ever experienced something similar?
