Disappointed
I’m kinda disappointed in myself, this week has been my spring break (1 week) and it’s the last night and but this week since tuesday I’ve been eating pretty good I’ve had breakfast/lunch (one of them) and dinner and snacks throughout and that’s rlly hard for me in general so I was proud of myself but it ended today I didn’t rlly eat anything at all and I just felt down and I’m kinda disappointed that I couldn’t last longer or I did so good from tue-sat that it just went all to the drain I know that it’s an improvement but feels like I did all that and my progress it went down the drain and idk when I’m gonna get that progress back
