Need advice!!

Hi all

I should be 7 weeks today, on 18/3 i had some blood on the toilet paper with cramps that day when i wipe and not bleeding after, just once when i wipe, that was just small amount, and next day I still felt sick, but next 20/21 and 22 today, nausea stoped only sore breast.. I’ve got app for friday but I’m soooo worried is it miscarried or missed,

Is anyone else experience similar to that? I will post photo of my tests
