Finally caught the perpetrator!!!!

So a few weeks ago I posted about terrorist threats that were anonymously tweeted and targeted towards black people on my college campus... Well if you haven't heard I'll keep it long story short, someone kept tweeting that they would kill all the black people they see on campus and no one would stop them. And I wanted to let you all know that the person has been caught!! And you will never guess the person was black herself. It was all a hoax to draw attention to the peace rally they held the same day
