Food poisoning?

Soooo I’m like 99% sure I just got food poisoning but quick question. Is it possible to also have diarrhea with vomiting as an early sign of pregnancy? Once again I’m pretty sure it’s food poisoning but just though I’d check 😂 We’re in our TWW.

I mean I guess it’s possible, but it’s more likely the food poisoning or even a virus.  I hope you get your positive tho!!  The tww sucks!
