Toddler discipline

How do you all discipline your 2 year olds? My daughter is 2 and 2 months and she’s getting to the point where she doesn’t listen to me at all when I tell her not to do something, and it’s usually for her own good. I recently had a baby and it seems as though that behavior has picked up just a tad. She gets plenty of attention still and her schedule hasn’t changed. She started this before baby was born. I just need some tips. I really don’t want to spank and I feel like time outs would just make her laugh and be hard on me trying to get her to sit there.
