Postpartum psychosis question
I had postpartum psychosis with my daughter (almost 8 years ago), is there anything that I can do to prevent it from happening again?
I’m only 4w+6 so I haven’t been able to ask my doctor yet.
I’m trying to stay away from Dr. Google so I don’t stress myself out too much.
