Would you
Would you get on anxiety medicine if you have anxiety consistently for a few years, but not felt every single day? My anxiety has come and gone in waves of intensity since I had my son two years ago. I'm currently pregnant and nearing the halfway point and I feel it ramping up again. I was diagnosed with postpartum anxiety with my first and I had instrusive thoughts (which I never disclosed). I was basically forced to deal since I was breastfeeding and I refuse to do that this time. I'm just wondering if I should seek medication now before I have this baby so I can stay on top of it. But if it doesn't come every day, can medication still help regulate it? I'm sorry idk much about all of this. I was prescribed a book and therapy with my first and turned away by my OB, so no one ever really talked to me about it beyond that.
