Lexapro dosage for postpartum depression?
Just curious. I am on 20mg and feel like I need to have a higher prescription (I’ve been at this dosage for almost a year). When I looked online at dosage ranges (after I messaged my doctor and just out of curiosity as I wait for a response) a lot of medical journals say 20mg is usually the highest dose. It didn’t sound right to me. 🤷🏼♀️
