Am I Wrong? Friend wants me to have an abortion

My best friend and I have been friends for over 10 years. We both found out we were pregnant i'm 17 weeks now and she was 15 weeks.

Yesterday she found out that she had missed miscarriage the baby stopped growing at 12 weeks. She asked me could I get rid of my baby because we were trying to get pregnant together & that we could always have another one. I told her absolutely not and that I wanted to keep my baby. She then tells me she don't think we could continue our friendship and I'm very wrong for that.

I now feel bad I lost my best friend and she don't want anything to do with me because I don't want to get rid of my baby. But I feel terrible she had a miscarriage & we were trying together.
