Ectopic or Constipation?

I’m having cramps and I’m the last day or so I’ve had some somewhat sharp cramps. I go to the bathroom (if you know what I mean) every day but not nearly as much as I normally do. I’ve been told that you can be constipated but still have some sort of bowel movement daily. Sometimes it’s just a little bit and that’s it. Could these be constipation cramps or ectopic pregnancy cramps? I’m 5w5d.

Also, I have no bleeding at all

Please help. I’m scared of another miscarriage. I had a chemical back in February
