Needed Advice ????

Question

I am 22 days past post ovulation and my period is 6 days late . I have taken multiple pregnancy test  both the first response and digital every two days since March 26 and they have all come back negative . I am having really bad nausea and lower abdominal and back pain and tender breast. I have been trying to get a blood test but my doctors are refusing until I have a positive home test . So my question is could I still be pregnant this far into my ovulation even though all the home test are telling me I’m not ?

At 6 days late you should already have a clear positive.

If you’re testing negative at “22dpo” then you’re not 22dpo. A typical luteal phase (time between ovulation and your period) is between 12-16 days. 18 days past ovulation would be a good indicator of pregnancy.
What likely happened is you didn’t ovulate when you think you did and are truly less than 12-16dpo, so your period isn’t actually due yet. This is common and late ovulation is how your period can be late without being pregnant.
