Wrong ovulation?

Im 9 weeks according to last period and i had my first ultrasound they couldn’t find the baby ANYWHERE. im just hoping my ovulation was off because i did get 2 positives opks but on my second positive I was already getting vvvfl so i assumed i got pregnant with the first could this happen? Im not in any pain but i did have a little bleeding which is why I went to ER.

Yeah that really doesn’t sound good, it does sound like an ectopic to me
If they can’t find bub it’s likely not in a position they can see it and likely attached to one of your other organs
My ectopic was in my tube, seen at 5+3, just a sac and tiny bit of a yolk sac, ended up rupturing that night and had surgery the next day, my hcg was only 700 when I ruptured

Did they do bloodwork? I was in the same position but at almost 7 weeks and they couldn’t find anything, not even a sac. They claim it was ectopic even though they found no proof of a baby. I pray you ovulated later.
