Second hand smoke

Hello everyone,

I’m freaking out, I was only around it 20 minutes to tell my dad I’m pregnant I am 8 weeks and 2 days. My dad is sick so I had to go in however him and his partner are both smokers, so the house is a bit strong. They only smoked twice when I was there. I sat at the table for about 10 min where they were then moved to the sofa. As soon as I got outside I drove with the windows down and went and showered right away and threw clothes in washer. I had everything checked on Friday I was great heart rate was 160 I am having anxiety. I haven’t been around only this time and it was 20 min!
