Hidden twin?!

9 weeks tomorrow and had my first ultrasound last Wednesday. 2nd pregnancy but I’m wondering if there’s a possible a hidden twin.. when I showed my family members they immediately questioned it. I didn’t really look at the pictures until I got home because of course my husband couldn’t come to the appt. So we wanted to see together. The ultrasoundu tech was awful.. rushed through it, didn’t let me watch the screen and didn’t even let me hear the heartbeat. She and the doctor said everything looks great but still wondering what the possibility of missing a second baby is. Twins run in the family. Opinions?!
