Increased parenting time/baby momma is a liar

My husband has an almost 14 year old son from a previous relationship and the court ordered “parenting” time is 25 hours/week and that was set back when his son was only 5-7 months old.

We went through all the steps and hassle of going downtown to file paperwork for increased parenting time and baby momma went and had her rich aunt pay for an attorney and lied through her teeth to get our hearing dismissed and to just get the paperwork reviewed by friend of the court.

The reason we wanted increased parenting time is due to the fact that she will give and take whenever it’s convenient for her. If we try to plan something as a family she will say that we can’t have him because they have something more important going on. Also my husband works from home, however “parenting time” is only for him, according to her. She doesn’t care if he gets time with me, his brother or other family members on my husbands side. Yet majority of the time we call and talk to him when he’s with his mom or at his moms house they aren’t spending time together. He’s either playing video games in the basement or she has him watching his stepsister while her and her husband go run errands.

She had also put in a request to increase child support payments after finding out we are expecting another baby. When we got the paperwork in the mail and called and asked her about it and we told her if she needed more money for things she could have simply asked, her response “well our kid is getting more expensive and clothes and food is more expensive, but it’s not about the money, things are just more expensive.”

I’m sorry so then it is about the money??

It’s now been over a month and we haven’t had our oldest son, we didn’t even get him for Easter and we don’t know how long it will be until we get him again.
