Bleeding After Sex (18wks)

Hi everyone...

Real quick, I am seeing my OB today for my monthly check up, and I have had spotting after sex in the first trimester, but never like this. It has been a couples months since I had issue after sex.

I do not have cramping, some pelvic area discomfort which is a daily occurrence for me, and baby sounded good on the home Doppler. This happened around 4am... should I be concerned? I was told if I had pain and such to go to the ER but I have none and I know this was because I had sex.
