Is your employee requiring the Covid vaccine ?

I work at a health clinic but not directly with patients. I work in the administrative department with the billing team.

They told us it’s mandatory and we need it by June 1. No i haven’t taken and wanted to wait a year. I don’t want get judged. This is very scary for me to be honest. I lost a neighbor 2 days after the Johnson and Johnson. I still want to wait perhaps another 6 months.

Well I was asking my friends who work in hospitals. One of them is a nurse and she said that they are only encouraging but there were some nurses who signed the waiver.

I have another friend who works with a cardiologist as a receptionist and she said it’s not mandatory? I’m a bit confused to be honest? Maybe they’ll require one day but isn’t it too soon to make it mandatory. I just got covid in February
