Ewcm negative opks
Hi all 😊
I'm new to tracking ovulation, and I was recently diagnosed with pcos.
For the past few days, I have had ewcm, but all of my opks have come back negative.
I have read online that opks are not accurate when you have pcos.
What are your thoughts? Any advice?
