Please help

Can someone please help me I got an ultra sound last Thursday and was told I would most likely hear back from my doctor the next day. The ultrasound was needed amongst other testing before getting prescribed ovulation medication. I haven’t heard back from my doctor but found my lab results on my online portal and I am very concerned. The labs say “arcuate versus septate morphology of the uterus” I had no idea what that meant so I of course googled it and I am terrified of what I found. I can’t for the life of me figure out why my doctor wouldn’t call me right away if it is as serious as google makes it out be. Everything I have found is high chance of miscarriage in the second trimester. If anyone has anymore info on this please let me know. We were so close to getting the medication needed to finally get pregnant and I am devastated.
