I’m on day 60, 
I’ve been doing acupuncture and womb steaming. Still nothing. 
Trying to debate and cut it short by taking provera/primolut

Currently on day 96! Started taking the Eu Natural conception pills with voted and myoinsotol to help. Have started feeling cramping after two weeks or so of taking the prenatals but no period so far

I lost track at one point, I think I spotted for close to 5 months at having relied on a few days here or there. For me when I changed my diet it made a world of difference. I did whole 30 and figured out my body hated Dairy but I had never been off it long enough to notice. Lost about 10 lbs and it kick started my cycle into “ normal”. Good Luck! I hope you figure it out SOON!!!
