Advice, support , anything ..

Hey.. I recently found out I was pregnant. I was excited but my partner isn’t so much , he feels we aren’t ready and wants me to get an abortion which I don’t want to do at all. I went the ER the other night because I was having bad sharp pains, they did an ultrasound I should be 6 weeks along but all they could see was an empty sac... the doctor was very sweet she said it could be a number of things or it could just be too early to see much on the ultrasound. I never thought I could have kids because complications I’ve had over the years I’ve prayed so hard to god to bless me with a child. There’s so much going on I’m nervous, I’m scared I don’t know what to do. The doctor wants me to come in today to see if there are any changes in my ultrasound
