Help Progressing Contractions
I’ve been having consistent small contractions since about 8pm last night, wondering if anyone has any tips to get them to progress and move along?! 38 weeks this weekend and will be induced by 39 if I don’t go into labor myself, do to fetal growth restriction so trying my best to go natural!!
