Pregnancy Advice ...Please

I found out I was pregnant Feb 25 , ended in a miscarriage and bled from March 8th -10th never got a period in between and lately just haven’t been feeling well. Took a First Response yesterday and the line appeared in under 30 seconds dark as well. Would like to hear if this has happened to anyone, and potentially how many weeks can I be? Side note ( I’ve had 3 passed miscarriages and 1 ectopic in the last 2 years with loosing my right tube) Any help is appreciated- Thank you!
