Help please! What are you thoughts on what to do

Okay so I am almost 8 weeks and went in at 6 weeks for all day nausea and couldn’t even keep water down. They gave me some meds to take like 6 pills. I had no side effects. I used those until my prescription came in and i only took one and it cause me to have severe migraine for 3 days and even worse constipation. I haven’t taken the pill again and today I can’t keep anything down. Water came right back up. What do I do? It’s the weekend so I cantcall my doctor till tomorrow. I’m hungry and thirsty. Do I take the pill and just have a huge migraine again? I really don’t know what to do. I don’t even know if I’ll be able to keep the pill down. And I just want to cry 😭
