Pelvic pain and back ache

So I'm at the hospital waiting to be checked out. I had some constant left side lower belly pain and at the same time left side back ache..no bleeding just dull aches and pains that just wouldn't go away..so I took 2 tylenols and it helped and took away the pain. But still feeling cramping/dull pain on left side(front and back) here and there..anyone have anything similar happen? It's not painful where I'm dying but it has me worried as it isnt something I've felt before. I'm praying everything is ok with my rainbow baby..I'm 7 weeks and 3 days today🙏
