What are your babies favorite foods?
My daughter is picky. I offer her a variety of foods but she just likes her few comfort foods and doesn’t like much else. Luckily her comfort foods and mostly veggies but I have a hard time getting protein and healthy fats in her.
Things she likes:
-Any carb, so I try to sneak in protein and fat in them (oat pancakes, ricotta pancakes, waffles, zucchini banana bread)
-Green veggies (peas, broccoli, green beans are her favorite)
-Edamame
-All fruits
-Cheese
-Yogurt
-Salmon
Things she won’t eat or drink:
-Milk
-Eggs
-Meat is rare but sometimes a yes
-pasta/noodles
-Tomato sauce
-Nut butter (very rarely it’s a yes)
-Avocado
