What should I do? Leave baby at my in-laws

So I’m with my bed-ridden mom taking care of her. I gave a 7 month old baby. Recently I was tested positive for Covid and so did my mother. We both are fine now. During this time. My husband took my baby to his native where my in-laws are there. It takes one full day by drive to reach his pace. Initial plan was few days. But now he says baby doesn’t miss you at all and he is much more happy and opened up because of ppl n kids there. 
I just don’t feel fine with this and want my baby back though it is a little difficult taking care of my mom n baby plus working full time. My in-laws have always been dominating and have things the way they want. I just don’t want to miss his first words or crawl or anything. Should I stop being selfish and let my baby be there or should I go with my feeling and bring him back? Just breaks my heart to know he doesn’t miss me. Don’t know what to say

You should definitely recover from COVID before seeing them again. Beyond that, is your husband trying to keep you from your child? How long has it been? Spending a few days is not a big deal. Staying for months or something is. Can you not talk to your spouse about this? You make it sound like they are a stranger.

As long as you both are COVID free now you should definitely get your baby back. There is no fucking way anymore would keep me from my baby. As long as your baby is away from you, someone else is raising them the way they want instead of what you want. Your missing the precious little moments in their life that you won't get back. And your baby definitely misses you. Your husband saying that your own child doesn't care about you is bullshit. Kids need their moms. Get that baby back.

How does your partner know if your 7 month old misses you or not? Trust me, if you walked in the room right now, your baby would go crazy trying to get your attention! That is just a mean thing to say with no reasoning behind it. I know it's hard, but you should focus on this short term situation with your mom and let your partner and baby stay where they are. In the end, there's no guarantee you'll be the one to see the first steps or hear the first words even if you ARE right there. You could be at work or even in another room. Just relax and handle the current situation first and then you can be reunited.

I had this happen to myself , 
I was taking care by myself of my mom which had cancer and had a one year old .
Looking back it was stressful but I pull it thru .
You have to find people who won’t be territorial with your baby . That will make you feel so relieve .
Maybe instead of giving them to your in laws finding a day care . 
And also finding help with your mom . So you can balance both out .

I would surely leave the baby there for as long as you and your mother are contagious.
