My fiancé left me after our second child (2 under 2) and decided to go on Grindr... I’m not sure if this means that he’s exploring his sexuality or if he is bi or coming out idk I really just don’t know what to think but I’m so hurt right now because this is the 3rd time he’s downloaded it in the 3 years we’ve been together... 
I really miss him, but if he is into men I don’t know if I should bother trying to work it out. 
When I talk to him about it he’s in denial and tries to lie, so I can’t even ask him because he is too ashamed? 
(Not that I believe there’s any thing to be ashamed about to come out, I just know that’s how he feels himself)

Let him be. He left you. You just need to coparent with him, not try to figure out who he's into.

Youre not together. His sexuality is no longer any of your business nor do you have the right to question him about it. You are broken up. And it's clear that he is seeking male relationships or sex. This is the 3rd time. It's not coincidence. So accept it. Understand it's over and work on coparenting with him. I'm sorry you're going through this but better now than 5 years later.

As hard as it is for you, you have to give him his space. If he is gay then he might want to have time to himself to deal with coming out etc. Try and put yourself in his shoes, it a huge step to take, not to mention the confusion he might be feeling. I wouldn’t try and repair any relationship you might have wanted because thats just thinking of yourself and not him. And you’re only prolonging your hurt, just be there for him as a friend because this will be a tough time for him
