My mom putting pressure on me

My mom lives up north and I live in the south but she hasnt met her my daughter yet and she always asking me when I can fly up and visit her with my baby. I honestly dont want to fly or visit because my baby is teething and is very cranky so i know she'll be crying for 3 hours during the flight. I have bad anxiety and the thought of flying stresses me out. Not to mention that we are still in a pandemic. I feel like she thinks that sense I'm vaccinated that it's perfectly safe its not because babies cant get the vaccine so she still could get sick. My mom is so toxic sometimes too she tries to give me parenting advice when she was a horrible mother towards me and my brother.
