Update to the Josh Duggar case (Trigger Warning)

Josh Duggar is being released on bail tomorrow. He has been granted the right to see his children as long as his wife is present. I see this as a failure of US Courts and I’m disgusted by it. He’s being released to a third party custodian. The chosen third party is a family who is friends with Josh’s parents. They were told they must report any broken rules to the courts before informing the family or each other. I have zero reason to believe they are capable of that.

Is there anything that can be done about this? It’s awful and I feel sick to my stomach knowing someone like him is given permission to be released from prison. They went into details about the media he downloaded and I genuinely feel ill. It’s horrible and he is 100% a threat to women and children. All women and children. I don’t understand.
