Sleeping by herself advise

So my oldest is 3 and has slept in my bed since she came home from the hospital at 2 months old. For her second birthday I bought her a toddler bed and let her pick out her own bedding hoping she’d sleep in it. Well she hasn’t so I need advice on how to get her comfortable sleeping by herself. Her a baby sissy are in our room until we move them they will share a room just them so I wanna get her sleeping alone before we move. Any advice?

Add: one of the reasons we want her out of our bed is we have no time for us. We can’t cuddle or do anything without her screaming and eventually waking her sister up
