Weight loss tips???

Hey 👋🏾, I'm a 17 year old who's 5'9 and 195.5lb. I've been trying to loose weight and its been really hard. I've been fluctuating from 190 to 195 for a month now. It's really hard to stay motivated when its so easy to mess up. My goal weight is 170 but I at least want to get pass 190 into the 80s because i feel like I can't loose this weight.
