when can i start trying to induce myself ? i’m 35 weeks , and just so tired 🥺 . i just got diagnosed with hg after being constantly sick my whole pregnancy smh. and also what are some things i can start trying to get things started ?

It’s not safe to start self inducing methods until you’ve reached 37 weeks. But once you do- nipple stimulation, walking , sex, bouncing on an exercise ball helps. Do not do castor oil because it can be dangerous for your baby. 
None of these things work though unless your body is already ready. 
Another good thing to do to help tone your uterus is to drink 2-3 cups of red raspberry leaf herbal tea. It’s approved by doctors and is safe in the third trimester.

What my dr told me was have sex, walk, nipple stimulation and eat dates 5 or 7 pices a day.
I started with dates and waiting 😣

I've heard sex only works if your partner finishes inside because that is what softens the cervix! Just FYI. 
Also...been trying nipple stimulation and sex all week and nothings working. I'm 37+6. I think when your body is ready, it's ready. Im not sure all of these things work perfectly.
