Is this normal? Has it happened to you?

I had a headache yesterday so I took a hot shower. After an hour or so I developed a sore throat but just on my left side and when I swallowed i would feel the pain in my left ear as well. Is this normal? Should i be concerned? Is it just a cold from being cold after shower?

Other than that, maybe there was something in your shower that irritated your throat. Like mold or cleaning products. ￼But no, it would not be because your throat is cold from the shower. ￼

You could just have a sore throat or an infection. Try halls and easy to swallow foods. If it doesn’t go away on its own, head to the doctor
