Question

What are some questions you ask your partner everyday? What are things you ask/tell/ or talk to them about? What’s some things/ways to keep talking with them.

We are a household of 4, so most of our conversations are around logistics 🤣. I ask him how he slept, if he's hungry, how work was, how he feels, what he wants to do...that kind of stuff.

Every day? Usually something about bathroom usage. What we want for dinner, daily conversation. Tell him how in love with his dog I am. Sex, laundry, my hormones usually come up at some point during a day. Lol

I don't ask them the same things every day, 
I do often inquire about their mood/feelings, what they ate for breakfast, what they have been doing that day. 
I ask my partner about things I've wondered about sometimes, or tell them what's been on my mind, how I've been feeling, what I've been doing- 
I ask them about their interests, to elaborate further, 
I ask about how they feel regarding the future and certain potential decisions.
I ask if they changed their mind on certain things- like when we met they really liked a certain branch of philosophy, but now they've explored many more, so I asked what the current favorite was. 
I ask deep questions if I have any- we actually study psychoanalysis together so we are inspired to ask a lot of questions from the reading material. 
I ask about shared interests, I ask about questions I have asked myself. 
I ask hypothetical questions as well, and about very detailed preferences of theirs. I ask about their relatives and occasionally about their past. 
There are so many questions to ask people! It's one of the few social skills I have 😅

We talk about the usual stuff - food, general welfare, our bad ass dogs, home improvement, sports (that I don’t care about) lol. 
We are also reading a book, usually read a few chapters, a few days a week. Really did wonders for our bonding. We always read Thrillers or like “Who Done It” type of books so we always speculate what’s gonna happen next.

Everyday on my break I text my husband to ask how his day was, he replies and I'll ask for more details on some of the stuff he tells me and he does the same. 
We get home and still talk about our day in more detail. 
We talk about dinner every night and on occasion make it together or switch. But we always hangout with the other person while we cook. 
At night we turn on one of the shows we are watching together or a movie and we of course make conversation about that. 
I've never found it an issue to keep conversation going with my husband. We always find something to talk about with ease.

How he is, does he want food/drink - all the usual welfare stuff.  Other than the mundane we talk about current affairs which often leads to wider discussion and debate about the issues, stories from our past, movies/books/songs/concerts we like or want to experience, household maintenance, fish tank upkeep, places we want to go and plans for the week, planning dates, any family issues or gossip/worries, religion (especially as the topic of his PhD is theological), stupid crap we have seen online, history, science, the law… I could go on and on!! We literally never stop talking! And that’s all punctuated with a lot of laughing and telling each other how much we love one another and being stupid together ♥️

Every night at bedtime we cover the questions “what was the best part of your day?” And “what was the worst part of your day?” We both work tonnes of hours and care for my seriously ill dad, who lives with us, so it’s good to make sure we’re in touch with what’s going on in each other’s lives. It’s usually a mixture of serious answers and silly ones. E.g. what was the best part of your day? “Your butt”. We’re mature, honest 😅 just sometimes too tired to give it a proper think
