Do jobs contribute or even cause depression in some cases?
What relationship do you think jobs/employment have to depression that is reoccurring or longer term, or feelings of hopelessness, sadness & worthlessness, boredom, low energy, poor sleep, or even suicidal thoughts.
Tell me about your experience with jobs and how it effected how you felt & your quality of life. Add job type for helpful info.
Extra question, during the pandemic did you get a break from work & did this improve moods at all or change your perspective on work & your priorities in life?
I'm sure a lot of people also experienced poverty, but I'm pretty certain that is heavily correlated with depression and high stress levels.
Thank you ^.^
