I had a Spectra S1 for my first and a Medela PIS maxflow this time. They’re both good, but I actually use my Medela Harmony hand pump the most because it’s the most convenient.

Almost every insurance in the US will cover the cost of renting a hospital-grade electric pump. If you're looking for an electric option, I recommend this.
If you are a SAHM, work part-time, or work from home, you can probably get away without an electric pump altogether. I have a haakaa and a manual pump (listed), and it works perfectly. If I'm away from baby, I manually pump whichever side is the fullest with the haakaa on the other side. Otherwise, I manually pump one side while feeding baby on the other. Super easy way to build up a freezer supply
