Cheap rear facing stroller?

So my stroller just broke and I need a new one. My little one is 18 months and I use the stroller a lot, at least two hours a day, and on different terrains. Money is tight right now and my little one is probably my last one, so I can't spent too much, I'm thinking under $200. I live in a european country, so I need recommendations for internationally avaliable brands. Rear facing is a must.

It doesn't get destroyed or worn-up so you can sell it after you need it.
I've been using it for 2 years now and I plan to use it for my second child for the next 2 years.
It's a bit bigger than others and I'm not sure how 3-year-old would fit in it...
I love that there is a lay position so your child can sleep comfortably.
However it's about 350 or 400 €...

The city select the seat can face any direction and the seat is elevated so you can use it well for toddlers. But they're a little pricey so if they have them in your area maybe look for second hand?
